You receive one 3D view of each selected room, covering up to three walls. Delivery is within 72 eligible hours after questionnaire submission or completion of a required designer call. Sundays and scheduled business holidays are excluded. Budget Direction and Vendor Direction are included at no extra charge with every room-design order. Additional drawings are separately priced add-ons.

No. Houspire provides room designs and planning, not construction, installation or on-site supervision. You choose and pay your own contractor. We do not take contractor or vendor commissions.

Our budgets cover material pricing and vendor direction only, not labour. Your contractor quotes and charges labour separately, and you pay them directly. Material estimates are based on current material and factory rates in your city. Because we don't earn commissions or add material markups, the estimates reflect prevailing direct-market rates. Final costs may vary depending on your site conditions, material availability, specifications, and the contractor you select.

Revision allowances depend on the package you select. Eligible full-home packages include scheduled revision cycles for changes to colours, textures, materials, and specific placements. Room-by-room plans do not include revisions unless stated otherwise.

Upload it through our portal along with any available room photographs. Your designer will use it to understand the dimensions, layout, and spatial constraints of your home. The 3D renders are prepared from the information you provide and remain subject to site conditions, specifications, and execution.

Yes. Both are included at no extra charge with every room-design order. You can request them for your project; additional drawings are separately priced.
